What are the shipping options?
There are two options when placing an order, Self Pick-Up and Home Delivery. Shipping is only available for the “Home Delivery” option for a certain fee. The shipping is done by our own delivery personnel within Dhaka. Out of State Delivery is also done for an extra fee. In the case of delivering out of state a courier service of our choice will be selected.
When will I receive my order?
You will receive your order within 48-72 hours after placing the initial order request.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Contact our Customer Support. If an order is lost any steps required to find and return the product will be taken.
What do I do if I receive a defective order?
Contact our Customer Support. If it’s deemed to be a mistake done on our side you’ll be compensated or reimbursed for it.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
You cannot make changes to an order that has been confirmed and in processing. However, you can cancel your order but a certain fee is applicable.

It is upto you to pick the correct size according to your preference. We generally suggest to look at the Metric Size Chart to figure out conversions if needed.
